A12. Yes, however you must notify us 15 days in advance so that we can provide for a porter or mule.
Q13. What kind of shoes and jacket should I buy?

A14. We always serve Simple nutritious vegetarian food and eggs during the trek.
Q15. Where can I find clean drinking water while trekking?

A18. Yes, it is always advisable to bring your own medication on any trek, regardless of whether the organisers provide it.

A20. The minimum age requirement is 8 years old, while the maximum age depends on the trekker's fitness.

A21. After selecting the trek you want to go on, the first step is to fill out the booking form. A payment is required to finalise the reservation. To make it easier for you to book, all details will be emailed to you.
