Day 1 : Arrival at Sankri (1,950 m / 6,400 ft.); 200 Km drive from Dehradun
A cab will be arranged from Dehradun Railway Station at 06:30 AM to Sankri, the base camp of the trek, at an additional cost of approximately Rs. 6,500 per vehicle (5–6 seater). This amount is shared among trekkers and needs to be paid directly to the driver.
Day 2 : Drive from Sankri (1,950 m / 6,400 ft.) to Taluka (2,424 m / 7,953 ft.) & Trek to Puani Garaat (2,524 m / 8,280 ft.); 10 Km, 6-7 hours
Day 3 : Puani Garaat (2,524 m / 8,280 ft.) to Kalkattiyadhaar (2,730 m / 8,956 ft.); 8 Km, 6 hours
Day 4 : Kalkatiyadhaar (2,730 m / 8,956 ft.) to Har Ki Dun Valley (3,566 m / 11,768 ft.) & back to Kalkatiyadhaar; 10 Km, 8-9 hours
Day 5 : Kalkatiyadhaar (2,730 m / 8,956 ft.) to Puani Garaat (2,524 m / 8,280 ft.); 8 Km, 5 hours
Day 6 : Puani Garaat (2,524 m / 8,280 ft.) to Taluka (2,424 m / 7,953 ft.); drive to Sankri from Taluka; 10 Km, 5 hours
Day 7 : Drive from Sankri (1,950 m / 6,400 ft) to Dehradun (450 m / 1,480 ft); 200 km, 8-9 hours
A cab will be arranged from Sankri at around 06:30 AM to Dehradun Railway Station, with an expected arrival by 05:00 PM. The cost is approximately Rs. 6,500 per vehicle (5–6 seater), which will be shared among trekkers and paid directly to the driver.
